After many months of practice and the use of probably over 50 paint brushes, my paintings began to improve immensely. I started exploring various ways to elevate my paintings such as using the palette knife, washing, detailing, dry brushing, dabbing, and the stippling technique. I began to explore various interests and expand my horizons. I've learned in order to grow; you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone and that's exactly what I did. I branched out and decided to paint what I believed at that time to be impossible.
